Each company kept separate
Every company's data sits in its own space, and the database itself refuses any request that crosses from one company to another — tested automatically before every release.
Strong sign-in
Everyone signs in with their own account — email and password, Google or Microsoft — with two-step verification by authenticator app. Your owner can make it required for the whole company.
Roles and permissions
Decide who sees and does what — by company, module and bank account. Share special statements without opening the whole book.
Activity log
Sign-ins, entries added, changed or deleted, settings, exports and permission changes — recorded with server time and the person's device. Nobody can change the log.
Backups and tested restores
Every night FlowTal copies every company to locked storage in a different region from the app, kept 60 days (monthly copies 12 months). Restores are tested automatically.
Your own copy
Download a full copy of your CashPulse at any time, or set a daily copy to your company's own OneDrive or Google Drive.
